New Development at Boreham in Essex- Highways & Infrastructure Consultancy Services Bettridge Turner & Partners have been working to secure an allocation in Chelmsford Borough Council’s emerging Local Plan for over 80 hectares of land for this development, which will include 1500 houses, a neighbourhood centre, a new railway station and 8 hectares of employment land. BTP have also been assisting in a number of different areas including highways, transport and drainage.
