Factory Outlet Shopping Centre at Grantham in Lincolnshire

King Environmental made a major contribution towards the Environmental Impact Assessment of a new shopping centre on the site of a former munitions factory on the outskirts of Grantham. The proposal included 14000 square metres of retail floorspace on two levels with 940 car parking spaces and a hotel.

King Environmental undertook the assessments of geology, soils, contamination, water, ecology, noise, vibration, air quality, landscape and visual impact.
