New Highway Works at Pinchington Lane, Newbury- Highways & Infrastructure Consultancy Services Bettridge Turner and Partners have been commissioned to design and supervise half a million pounds worth of highway works at Pinchington Lane, Newbury, to enable access to be gained for a new residential development. Comprising a 28m ICD roundabout on Pinchington Lane, together with associated drainage improvements and access works, which were complicated by the need to carry out major service diversions.
