Brownfield Development in Grantham- Transport Planning & Highway Design Services Bettridge Turner & Partners have been commissioned to support a planning application for a mixed development on the outskirts of Grantham, which consists of 472 residential units (including affordable housing), a local shopping centre, community facilities and a business park of up to 4,000 sq m. BTP are preparing Transport Impact Statements and an Environmental Impact Statement in co-operation with CgMs, a planning consultant, to support the application. BTP are also negotiating with the Highways Agency, the County Highways Authority, the Environment Agency and the Planning Authority to resolve all technical matters.
