New Housing Development at Stansted Mountfitchet- Highways & Infrastructure Consultancy Services Bettridge Turner & Partners were commissioned to provide various consultancy services for a development of 700 houses in Stansted MountFitchet. These services included a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) for the housing development and the design of the off site highway works which included the insitu rebuilding and extension of an existing railway bridge to accommodate a new road junction above the bridge. BTP also conducted a condition survey of the existing bridge, designed the site access junctions, roundabout and priority junction, in addition to providing contract documents and contract administration.
