 David has more than 25 years experience in civil engineering, of which the last 20 have been in private consultancy specializing in the fields of transportation planning and traffic and highway engineering. He has played a major part in achieving planning permission for many projects with the U.K.
David joined BT&P in May 2000 as Technical Director in charge of the Company’s Transportation Planning Section at Cobham and was appointed to the main board in January 2004.
In addition to managing the Transportation Planning Section, David advises clients in regard to transportation, traffic and highway matters related to the full range of development proposals including the preparation and presentation of evidence at Public Inquiries. David is also in charge of the Company’s ICE approved training schemes.
