Paul has over 20 years of experience in civil infrastructure and highway/ transport projects through his work in Local Government and Private Practice. He is a founding Director and Chairman of Bettridge Turner & Partners.
His background is predominantly in Civil and Highway Engineering, and in addition, he has developed the Traffic/ Transportation and Transport Planning section of the Practice.
Paul has acted as expert witness on Transport and highways matters at Public Planning Inquiry, Local Plan Inquiries and Structure Plan EIPs. In addition he has given expert evidence at traffic accident civil court cases.
He is a Chairman of the South Midlands Branch of the Institution of Highways and Transportation, a member of the Expert Witness Register and has lectured on Transport Planning at Kingston University..
