Philip Chan has nearly 30 years experience in Structural Engineering in both the public and private sector. He worked for Gathard Brooke & Partners a London based Structural Engineering practice since 1989 and became an equity partner in 1994.
Through the acquisition of Gathard Brooke & Partners Philip joined the board of directors at Bettridge Turner & Partners in December 2003 with a special management role for the structural section.
His particular experience is in structural design, contract administration, drainage & infrastructure design, expert witness - structures, management and pre-purchase commercial structural survey and report.
