 Roland brings 28 years of Civil, Municipal, Structural and Safety engineering expertise to BT&P. Roland is the Director responsible for Health and Safety in BT&P, and manages the Maidstone office which is currently running major infrastructure projects; specialist structural engineering design projects and specialist services to the telecommunications industry.
Roland has previously led design teams in major civil infrastructure projects for food and non-food retail developments; major house building projects and has managed in excess of 500 telecommunication base station and infill site designs, construction and safety management in the UK. He continues to provide specialist Expert Witness services in Construction Safety and Transport Logisitics

Roland is also the Director responsible for the QA system in BT&P – the system has been Certified under BS.EN.ISO: 9001.2000 since 2002 having first been brought into the firm by Roland in 1997. He is also active in promoting the use of latest Information Technology within BT&P to improve efficiency of the business and service to clients.
